二次予防(にじよぼう)

内容
二次予防は外傷・障害・疾病を早期に発見し、迅速な救急対応と初期管理によってその二次的な影響を軽減して重症化を防ぐことを目的とした取り組みです。 　二次予防が効率よく行われることで外傷・障害・疾病による影響は短期的かつ長期的に軽減されその後のよりよいスポーツ活動への復帰につながっていきます。
