一次予防(いちじよぼう)

Primary prevention

内容
一次予防は、外傷・障害・疾病が発生する前に予防をする取り組みのことを指します。 　外傷・障害・疾病の発生リスクを最小化するために選手やチームへの教育的介入、動作・アライメント改善などを目的としたトレーニング介入などが一般的です。また競技全体としてルールや練習中のガイドラインを設定することでリスク環境への曝露を最小化することも重要な一次予防です。
